Debra Bednar-Clark is the founder of DB+co, a New York-based career consultancy that empowers employees at all stages to find fulfillment and success at work. In addition to helping talent all over the world navigate their careers, Debra is also a personal style and leadership presence mentor. She founded DB Style to help professionals define their authentic style.

Debra has held leadership roles at some of the most important technology companies in the world. As Global Head of Business Strategy & Growth at Facebook, she set a clear vision and business strategy for monetization and scale. At Microsoft, she oversaw the U.S. Market Strategy -- and a $1.2 Billion sales goal. Her career and approach have been profiled by Entrepreneur, Inc., Glamour, The Huffington Post and Business Insider.

Debra holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University

Swati Doshi works with growth-stage and established companies as an executive coach to their C-Suite and management teams. She spent eight years at Google -- in sales, people operations and as a dedicated coach. At Google, she partnered with agencies and Johnson & Johnson to create a first-of-its-kind YouTube deal, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales goals across search, display, mobile and video advertising platforms. In HR, she focused on a diverse range of culture and people initiatives, from career development and performance management processes to hiring practices.

Swati has completed Columbia University's Internal Coaching Intensive and Practicum, Jenny Blake's Pivot Method, and Google's Career Guru Program.

Mike Kleba has been a classroom teacher for 20 years, teaching at every level of school from K-12. As the CEO and Chief Teacher Officer for DegreeCast, he created a search engine that helps students search and filter programs of study and costs. Mike is committed to the belief that great teaching exists in all forms of leadership -- from classrooms to boardrooms and beyond. He has run the NYC Marathon, gone hang-gliding in Brazil, bungee jumped in New Zealand and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Barry Martin and Jeff Pucillo co-founded TELL-IGNITE to help companies like Johnson & Johnson, Yahoo! and Snapchat tell their stories. Prior to forming TELL-IGNITE, Barry led the Consumer Insight group at Time Inc., one of America’s largest media companies, where Jeff was Chief Storyteller on the team.

As an adjunct professor at NYU, Barry teaches graduate courses in Consumer Behavior, Research Process and Methodology and Storytelling for Brands.

Amanda Pacitti

Learning and Development Leader; former VP of Learning, Time Inc.

Amanda Pacitti spent more than five years at Time Inc., where as Head of Learning & Development, she worked with elite professionals at brands like Time, People and Sports Illustrated to create meaningful learning experiences designed for smart, bright minds. In her tenure, she conceived, built & led Managing @ Time Inc., the leadership development program attended by hundreds of U.S. managers. As a coach, Amanda has worked one-on-one with employees from entry level to senior management, helping them identify career goals and lead their teams effectively. She has also led workshops designed to teach leaders how to coach through a company-wide mentorship program. She is a certified MBTI practitioner and coach.

Before joining Time Inc., Amanda managed education at Mediabistro, launching digital skills courses and events for media professionals. She started her career as a newspaper reporter in Rhode Island.
