Online Event Operations Contributor

Overview:

Edmaker.co, a NY-based education company that’s been in operation since 2014, is looking for a project-based part-time contributor to assist with running live online event logistics for our online learning program that serves adult professionals. This position requires someone comfortable on camera and behind the scenes, and with a performer’s ability to respond to the unexpected.

Tasks include: 

  • Managing live online event logistics in Zoom

  • Webcast operations on Zoom - assist with back-end and front-end live webcast operations and logistics on Zoom, including providing support to featured guest speakers and paid attendees

  • Supporting on-camera presenters in Zoom

  • On-camera support for guest speakers and live participants

Experience required:

  • Live event production experience on Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar

  • Conference, event or live workshop experience

This is a project-based, part-time, work-from-home position. Time commitment would be approximately 5-10 hours per month, with potential to increase. Hourly rate: $20-25, based on experience.
